Hope your weekends were awesome! Despite my sloth-like intentions for the weekend, I did think about taking down our only Christmas decoration, but somehow it brings so much festivity and fun to our sparsely decorated home, so I left it up.
I was so happy to finally be back in my kitchen – one of the things I miss the most when I go on holidays is cooking and my kitchen. I made the perfect banana bread using this recipe which I highly recommend, “sunblushed” some tomatoes in my oven, braised and glazed Spanish pork ribs with this recipe and finally, Ottolenghi’s turkey and sweet corn meatballs. It’s great to be home!
